At KT Cycles, we take a precise, detail-driven approach to inspecting, measuring, and servicing valves, springs, guides, and cam components to ensure proper timing, smooth operation, and consistent performance across every build.

Worn or improperly set valve train components can lead to reduced performance, unwanted noise, and premature engine wear. That’s why we go beyond basic service—carefully evaluating each component and upgrading where needed to handle everything from stock rebuilds to high-performance applications.

Our cylinder head services are built around accuracy and results. We perform complete cylinder head reconditioning to restore proper sealing and function, ensuring valves, seats, and surfaces are working together as intended. CC’ing cylinder heads allows us to precisely measure combustion chamber volume, helping achieve accurate compression ratios and balanced performance—especially in performance builds. Decking services ensure perfectly flat sealing surfaces, preventing leaks and maintaining consistent compression across the engine.

For higher-performance or high-compression setups, we also service and install compression release systems to reduce strain during startup and improve overall engine function.
