At KT Cycles, all lower-end work starts with proper inspection and measurement. Crankshafts are checked for true, runout, and overall condition. Bearings, rods, and cases are evaluated to determine what can be reused and what needs to be replaced—no guesswork.

We handle crankshaft rebuilding, case repair, and complete bottom-end assemblies with a focus on alignment, balance, and correct clearances. Every component is set up to work together as a system, not just assembled to spec.

We also pay close attention to flywheel truing, bearing fits, and case integrity to ensure the engine can handle the power and stress it’s being built for—whether that’s a reliable street motor or a high-performance build.
